With every step a female takes on cement or carpet while wearing high
heel shoes, she sends an electrical shock from the metatarsal bones in
her feet up the bone in her legs to her uterus, FRYING or COOKING the
uterus over long term. This will eventually lead to uterine atrophy
(degeneration of the uterus).
A woman should wear high heel shoes as less as possible (because I know most females ain't given these shoes up altogether, as some women have invested seriously in high heel shoes, owning 30-50 pairs of them).
Long term use of these shoes
pose a great health risk to women. When a woman wears high heels, the bulk of her body weight is on her heels, which can cause hardened heels. Many women right now have heels and soles that feel like sandpaper due to wearing high heel shoes long term.
A lot of women also have "hammer time" (corns) due to wearing high heel shoes, the ones that actually cover the whole feet and toes. Poor little toes! It's sad when you think about what we do to our bodies for superficial reasons, especially females. But we do what we do, for whatever reason or reasons. And we also have free will!
However, a lot of what we do can and usually will have us singing the blues in the end due to being insalubrious. Wearing high heel shoes for a number of years is one of them.
Ladies, as much as possible, let your feet touch Mother Nature - the grass, the dirt, the sand, the water, the rocks, etc. Direct contact with Nature (Gaia) grounds you via your feet chakra and base chakra (First Chakra). Go to the beach and bury your feet in the sand. Walk in a river or stream. Sit on a large rock with your feet firmly planted. Grass, dirt, water, sand, etc. are healing!
